Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable, non-transferable payment is required in full at the time of booking. Appointments can be rearranged once with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Any requests made after this time will require a new booking payment. Please arrive on time for your appointment — lateness of more than 20 minutes may result in a £20 late fee or cancellation of your slot. By booking, you agree to these terms.
