Booking Fees
All booking fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. This includes cancellations, rescheduling requests, no-shows, and changes of mind.
The booking fee covers the time reserved for you and the bespoke hair and products sourced specifically for your service.
Bespoke Hair
Hair is individually sourced for each client to match curl pattern, colour, and length. Once ordered, bespoke hair cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred to another client.
This is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exempts bespoke and made-to-order goods from standard refund and return rights.
Completed Services
Services that have been completed are non-refundable.
If you have any concerns about your service, you must contact Nya Impressions in writing within 48 hours of your appointment. Concerns raised after this period will not be considered.
Where a genuine fault in workmanship is identified, a correction appointment will be offered at no additional charge. Refunds will not be issued in place of corrections.
Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment forfeit the booking fee in full.
No-shows forfeit the booking fee in full.
Aftercare-Related Issues
Damage or deterioration to extensions caused by improper aftercare, use of unsuitable products, swimming, heat damage, or services performed by other stylists is not eligible for refund or free correction.
Bank Transfers
Payments made by bank transfer for extension services follow the same refund terms above. Once funds have been received and bespoke hair has been ordered, the payment is non-refundable.
Disputes and Chargebacks
Any payment dispute or chargeback initiated against a completed service, no-show, or late cancellation will be contested with full evidence including these terms, booking confirmations, and service records.
Initiating a chargeback in breach of this policy may result in being permanently refused future bookings and recovery action for the disputed amount.
