Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to the following terms.

Bookings

A non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee is required to secure all appointments. This fee covers the time reserved for you and the sourcing of bespoke hair and products ordered specifically for your service.

Consultations are required before all extension installations. Clients must attend the consultation appointment to discuss their hair needs.

Payments

Small services and booking fees are paid online via card through Square.

Full extension installations are paid by bank transfer only. An invoice will be issued. Appointments will not be confirmed until the bank transfer has cleared.

Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment forfeit the booking fee in full.

No-shows forfeit the booking fee in full and may be refused future bookings.

Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in being permanently blocked from booking.

Bespoke Hair Orders

Hair is sourced individually for each client based on curl pattern, colour, and length. Once ordered, bespoke hair cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred to another client. This is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exempts bespoke and made-to-order goods from standard return rights.

Photos and Videos

Photos and videos may be taken during your appointment for business records. Permission will be requested before any images are used for marketing purposes.

Aftercare

Results depend on clients following the aftercare instructions provided. Damage or deterioration caused by improper aftercare, use of unsuitable products, or third-party services is not the responsibility of Nya Impressions and is not eligible for refund or correction free of charge.

Right to Refuse Service

Nya Impressions reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking, including where a client's hair condition is unsuitable for the requested service or where a client has previously breached these terms.

Disputes and Chargebacks

Any payment dispute or chargeback initiated after a service has been delivered, or after a no-show or late cancellation, constitutes a breach of these terms. Nya Impressions reserves the right to recover the disputed amount and any associated costs.

Changes to Services and Pricing

Pricing and services may change. The price quoted at the time of booking is the price that applies to your appointment.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.9
