Service Description
Sit down with our specialist for a tailored consultation to assess your hair type, health, and goals before your Brazilian Keratin Treatment. We’ll discuss the results you can expect, the best aftercare routine, and how often you’ll need to return for maintenance (usually every 3–4 months). This small consultation fee is fully redeemable against your keratin treatment if you book within 14 days.
Cancellation Policy
We do not accept cancellations. Re bookings can be made 48 hours prior to appointment. Required booking fees/Hair costs are non refundable and non transferable. Remainder of payment is to be made at appointment check out. 20 min+ late arrivals may be cancelled/shortened.
