Service Description
A 15-minute consultation to assess your natural hair, discuss your goals, and choose the best extension method and hair type for you. We’ll colour-match, determine length and volume, and provide a full price breakdown. ✨ Please complete our Pre-Consultation Form with a few photos before your appointment. This ensures we can prepare the best options for your hair type. (Consultation fee is redeemable against your fitting when booked within 4 weeks.)
Cancellation Policy
We do not accept cancellations. Re bookings can be made 48 hours prior to appointment. Required booking fees/Hair costs are non refundable and non transferable. Remainder of payment is to be made at appointment check out. 20 min+ late arrivals may be cancelled/shortened.
