Service Description
This premium service includes a full wavy, coily or curly cut, deep Enhance your natural curls with a custom wash, shape, and style designed for your unique hair type. Whether your curls are loose, coily, or voluminous, each session includes a deep cleanse, hydration treatment, and tailored cut to define your texture and maintain healthy balance. You’ll also receive professional curly hair care guidance and personalised product recommendations to keep your curls thriving at home. Clients can choose to add the Curly Aftercare Kit (delivered after the appointment once payment is made in full). Delivery or local drop-off available within 5–7 working days. Deposit: £30 (non-refundable, transferable once with 48 hours’ notice).
Cancellation Policy
Deposits: A £30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Rescheduling: You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling within 48 hours or missing your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may be charged a £15 late fee or have their appointment cancelled, depending on the schedule that day. Payments: The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. Payments can be made via bank transfer, card, or cash. Aftercare Kit Orders: For clients purchasing a Curly Aftercare Kit, products will be delivered or available for local drop-off within 5–7 working days after full payment has been received. Refunds: All deposits and service payments are non-refundable and non-transferable once the service has been completed.
