Service Description

This service is exclusively for clients whose K-tip installations were performed by us. We do not offer removal services for extensions fitted elsewhere. Our removal process is as precise as our installation. Every bond is dissolved individually using our specialist keratin removal solution, ensuring zero damage to your natural hair. Following removal a full hair health assessment is included to prepare your scalp and natural hair for your next installation.

Cancellation Policy

Payments are non refundable and non transferable. Remainder of payment is to be made at appointment check out. 20 min+ late arrivals appointment WILL BE cancelled and therefore will have to be rebooked.
