Service Description
This service is for extensions fitted by us, within the normal maintenance period of 6–12 weeks. If appointments are delayed beyond this, extra work may be required and the price will be higher. Stand alone removal is a removal of extensions with no refit.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Deposit A £30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all removal appointments. Your deposit is deducted from the final balance. Appointments are only confirmed once payment is received. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or no-shows result in loss of deposit. Repeated reschedules may require full prepayment for future appointments. 3. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Arrivals over 15 minutes late may forfeit the appointment slot, and the deposit will not be transferred. 4. Preparation Hair must be detangled, product-free, and dry before arrival. Additional time required for detangling or excessive product buildup may incur an extra fee (£15 per 15 mins). 5. Aftercare Clients are advised to follow aftercare instructions and schedule a scalp treatment or conditioning service where necessary after removal to maintain healthy natural hair. 6. Refunds All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable once the service has been started.
