Do not book unless you are an existing member. This is a non-refundable £20 deposit only. The balance of your service will be due on the day.

Cancellation Policy

We do not accept cancellations. Re bookings can be made 48 hours prior to appointment. Required booking fees/Hair costs are non refundable and non transferable. Remainder of payment is to be made at appointment check out. 20 min+ late arrivals may be cancelled/shortened.
