Service Description
This is a brief virtual assessment where we will review your natural curl pattern, hair history and desired outcome to confirm suitability and begin the sourcing process. This consultation is required before all new K-tip integrations. It is not a general enquiry call, it is the first step in your bespoke hair journey! A 10-15 minute WhatsApp video call will be required. You will need to have your natural hair down and in its natural state so we can assess curl pattern, density and texture in real time. Following your consultation we will confirm suitability, outline your bespoke sourcing plan and provide your personalised investment figure.
Cancellation Policy
Payments are non refundable and non transferable. Remainder of payment is to be made at appointment check out. 20 min+ late arrivals appointment WILL BE cancelled and therefore will have to be rebooked.
